Delivery Information

Where do we deliver to?

At the moment we only deliver within the United Kingdom. 

How much do we charge for delivery?

We only have one flat fee for delivery which is £3.95 no matter how many items you order.

Do we offer free delivery?

Yes we do! If your order total is over £35 then your delivery is free! (the cart will automatically calculate and offer you the free delivery service)

Some items also have free delivery without having to spend over £35 as they are small enough to send free. This will be stated on the product page.

Can you collect from the store instead?

Of course! We would love you to collect. Come and have a chinwag with us about what else you are loving at the moment and see if we can source anything for you.

When will you deliver my item?

We aim to ship all orders within 7 days of receiving cleared payment. Please allow up to 15 days for IMPORTS. We use Royal Mail, 1st or 2nd class Signed for & Royal Mail Tracked 48. We may also use another courier for larger parcels. We will give you all the information at the point of shipping with tracking information if we are using a tracked service.
Pre-Order items will be shipped out as soon as they arrive into our stocks and are packed and ready.

How Do I Pre-Order an item?

It's easy! If you see that item you have your eye on but it has a future date of release then you can still reserve it by Pre-Ordering.
All you have to do is click the Pre-Order button on the product page to add it to your cart and our little minions will make sure one is added on reserve for you.


Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. (Including any shipping charges)

How do I know when my item is going to arrive?

Have no fear, as soon as we receive it into our stocks and it is ready for shipping or collection (if you requested store pick up) then we will contact you by email.

What if I change my shipping address while I am waiting for the item to be released?

If you do change your address, all you need to do is add the new address to your addresses in your account and send us an email to confirm and we will change it when we ship the item.
